It started with the first batch of Garrigue's

From the dictionary of the Brno hantec, you will learn that the brewery bears the name of the village. Rojc = Rozdrojovice. They bottled the first batch of classic Czech lager on October 28, 2018, and because that day was the 100-year anniversary of the founding of independent Czechoslovakia, they named the beer after the first president. Back then, they cooked in a room that was about 20 square meters big. Next year, they had to double the production space to meet the steeply growing demand.

Quality is the key

During the maturation phase of the beer, the quality is carefully controlled. A number of parameters are monitored, which must be within the norm. "It also happened that we poured the whole batch of beer into the canal. The customer wouldn't know the difference, but we weren't satisfied with the quality," adds one of the brewers.

Originality that impresses

"From the beginning, we try to create non-traditional beers that will be something original." And they really succeed. There are 6 types of beers in the standard menu. Of course, traditional Czech lagers are not missing. You can discover interesting and unconventional tastes in a series of ales or specials. They are constantly coming up with something new. They are not afraid of experiments, so there are dozens of types of beers they have already brewed. The beers have original names. Each has its own story, retold on the label. Unique raw materials were used to produce some beers. For example, Leptospermum scoparium, i.e. Manuka - tree of life. The hand-picked Manuka leaves that are added to IPY honey in Rozdrojovice come directly from New Zealand.
